The standard of service we received from you and Pure Zanzibar was exemplary - right from the moment you answered my ansaphone message enquiry in record time, which is actually what persuaded me to pursue a booking with you in the first place. We really valued your advice which was so very helpful and spot on all the way through. Everything worked out beautifully - the rooms at both hotels couldn't have been better located, - and I know you worked hard to make that right for us, the cars for trips and transfers were all on time, with very friendly English speaking drivers, the trips to Jozani, the Spice Farm, Changu Island and the Dhow Cruise were all top notch - and I even have a bit of a tan left; what more could I possibly ask!
Thanks again - we will now whole heartedly recommend you to our friends and spread the word about what a wonderful and magical place Zanzibar is.
